What really matters about practice is how it makes you feel, like when you're done and then in a longer arc way, throughout your day, week, year — life. Since yoga has this power that we all feel to shift psychological chemistry, it is paramount to use the practice to shift in a direction that supports the direction desired for the macro, for life itself.
