Do the practice, then enjoy a few minutes of rest to maximize the energizing impact of your work. When you rest, remind yourself that your job during those moments is to rest; you can get back to business later. As always, I hope my work serves you well, and  let me know how it goes.

We are a weeks away from a not only a new year but a new decade. Reflect on what you want to create and then set up conditions to substantiate your goals. The plans you make now can make this the year in which you chase and catch your dreams. November 28th - Giving Thanks

In the spirit of opportunities, Tatiana recorded a beautiful meditation that utilizes your body as a compass to steer yourself towards your goals. As always, thanks to all my teachers, in the case of this meditation especially Abbie Galvin who (teaser alert) will be at LUXYOGA this Summer. I'm so excited to introduce you to one of my biggest inspirations.

November 23rd - November Newsletter

I’ve committed to writing a monthly newsletter dedicated to varying topics that relate to life and practice. I know everyone gets a ton of email these days, and most if of it is sales-oriented. I will still send updates with regards to my schedule and events, and of course I want you to sign up for stuff, but I also want to utilize this medium to offer you food for thought. Some months will be written content, others I’ll provide video or audio. Here goes!

November 15th - 2020 Teacher Training with Benjamin Sears

For me, Teacher Training is personal; it's a deep caring unlike any other work I do, so I wanted to share about it, directly.

I’m really proud of this Training – and it was uncharacteristically easy to write that, ironically, because I know that I’m my own harshest critic. I know how much research brought the Training to this point, and how much practice brought me to the point where I can actually spend a couple of moments on the London Underground reflecting about how good it feels to produce something that is beholden to no rules or dogma except quality and utility. It’s about the curriculum, and the people feeling great and teaching clean, effective classes. It’s about a growing community – close students who now lead from the front and assist the next group.
